Hey OH'ers justdropping by to check in with yall, im oh so grateful for all the support ive received during my ruff times and i wanna thank yall for it, for the first time in a long time im actually happy and living life to the fullest, my health is super awesome and my energy level is thrugh the roof, in two weeks ill be one year post op, time do go by fast. ive lost 156 to date with about 40 mre pounds to go, its been slow these days but ive learn to not beat myself up when the scale doesnt move for a few weeks. im between a size 14 and some 12 fits, "YES 12". Im crying tears of joy as im writing this

Congrats! You look fabulous!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
