 Just returned from my local ski hill with my step daughter...We downhill skied fir an hour and a half....Loving the rny....didn't even fall once , beautiful day it certainly was

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Surgery Date - AUGUST 22, 2011 - Ran first 5KM Race - Oct 14, 2012 (28 min)  - Currently maintaining a healthy 190 lbs and training for my first half marathon in the summer of 2013

 Congrats!  This is one of the sports that I would love to endeavour again.  I would love the opportunity to teach my 4 children this.  Hoping next winter will be a good time!!!

Way to go Derek. That must have felt so exhilirating!! I have never been DHS but it is definitely on my goal list.
