York Region/GTA Support Group Meeting 11/20/11 @2
Hi guys,
This is a friendly reminder that the next York Region/GTA Support Group Meeting will be held Sunday, 20 November 2011 at 2pm. It'll be Upstairs at Loblaws at 301 High Tech Rd (Hwy 7 and Bayview) in Richmond Hill, ON.
A few things to remember:
1) There will be a $5 dolllar entry fee to cover the cost of the room and coffee.
2) Bring clothes for the clothing exchange!
3) We'll talk about the end-of-year holiday bash!
4) The Discussion Topic will be "Getting Back to Basics".
4) It looks like we'll be able to continue these meetings into 2012 because of the great support from within the group. This is exciting so we'll talk about how the 2012 format will work.
I continue to believe that support is one of the most important things that drives long-term weight loss so please make the effort to come out.
