Protein Bars

 I promised this a couple of days ago ...the TWH list of protein bars...
reminder you are looking for low carb, high protein bars.  They should have at least 10 grams of protein and less than 12 grams net carbohydrate .
Net carbohydrate = total carbs less(fibre + sugar alcohol)

EAS Myoplex carb control choc chip brownie...25g protein...3 g net carbs
Dymatize Elite Gourmet  Fudge Brownie....30 g Protein  11 net carbs
Detour Lean Muscle Fudge Almond Crunch...32g protein...3g net carbs
Isofemme Protein Bars...14 g protein...3g net carbs
Atkins Advantage..10-17 g protein...3-4 g net carbs

The dietitian also said the Costco protein bars are good as well but i forget the name of them


Remember they are not intended for meal replacement, but to be used to boost protein when necessary ..ie traveling etc

Are the costco ones possibly premier protein?
I bought those but have been nervous to try. The sound of chocolate/peanut butter sounds wrong!?

the "oh yeah" bars from costco are pretty tasty too :D 15g protein in them.

 buy the Protein Plus bars from Costco.  They seem to have the least amount of sugar and 20grams of protein.  They com in Chocolate fudge and Chocolate peanutbutter.  They are pretty good tasting!
