 had my one month dietitian follow up today   doing good  down to 250 lbs from 316 when i started...need more protein and water though...ohhh so tough ..PLUS my wife just made the walk to OR10 for her surgery to join all of us on the bench.

all in all a busy day

Wow, you are wasting away....250 lbs!  Congratulations on your success to date.  Protein and water are so essential to keep your body functioning.  We don't need for you to develop problems due to this issue.

All the best as you see your wife after surgery.

Great job Derek!! Wow and your wife is going in right now? You will be such a great support for her. Don't mean to sound "out of the loop" but is your wife on this site? What is her name?
