Day 1 of Opti done only 13 more to go!
Me too today. I started with the chocolate as I had previously tried the vanilla and hated it. But I did triple water with 2 tsp of cocoa and 1 tsp decaf coffee with 4 ice cubes and blended to a thick consistency of a chocolate milkshake (only with water). It was delish!
I was surprised that it seemed to fill me up. So far so good.
