My avatar was taking the day i started Opti Aug 1st - Below is one taken 2 days before surgery (in pyjamas - im sorry - i had forgotten to take pics  - and finally one taken last night - 3 weeks or so post op



 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Surgery Date - AUGUST 22, 2011 - Ran first 5KM Race - Oct 14, 2012 (28 min)  - Currently maintaining a healthy 190 lbs and training for my first half marathon in the summer of 2013

Fantastic progress! Keep up the good work.. you will surely soon be noticing a big difference in how you feel, and what you can do that was possibly difficult to do before the weight loss.
