I was on opti for 2 weeks and I only lost 12 lbs..but I was still happy because at least the scale was moving in the right direction..lol..All the best for your journey ahead!!!

the number on the scale doesnt really matter at that point. The point of the optifast is to get the fat off of your liver. Different people will lose different amounts. You shouldn't really compare your loss to other people's at any stage of this journey. You will be disappointed in some way.
