Happy Father's Day to you Dads! Mine would have been 88 today. This would have been a "Trifecta" year. Birthday, Father's Day and Juneteenth all on the same day. Yes, we had fun with it!

Still working lots of hours. Have to head in early tonight for a mini crisis. Son has Covid so I'm testing daily right now. I have a cough and a head cold but still testing negative.

Weight & exercise are good, probably down a couple of pounds. I eat a lot more fruit and veggies this time of year since they taste much better, and combined with more outdoor activities, I always seems to do better managing weight about now.
