Good problem to have

I just got done shopping 4 new pairs of pants and 5 new shirts, from a 48 waist to a 38, and 5x to 2x.  I haven't been in these sizes in along time.  Only spent about 75 dollars for everything so thats good too.  Not sure how much I am down but is was 85 about 2 weeks ago, go to the Dr on monday anyone want take a guess at what it will be.  I have lost weight since not sure how much still don't have a scale.
