I have not been on this site in probably a year and 1/2.  I got from obesity help that i had my lap band surgury 5 years ago!
Whats happened to me?
1) i went from 360 dont to around 185ish.
2) I stayed around 190 for quite a while
3) About 2 years ago i was having some problems.  I was getting alot of reflux issues and so the doctor loosened my band
4) over the course of a year i ballooned up to about 220.
5) I have recieved some fills which now I am about 210 and on the loosing track again.
6) I find it much harder to loose than before, but doable.  Im now exercising 5 times a day and taking it a little at a time.

Anyway....just wanted to say hi....

I have 5 years of experience at this now...so if you have questions feel free to email me.  hope i can answer any questions! :)

Congratulations, John!  You are 5 years out and 150 pounds down, which sounds very successful to me.  Nice going!

Congrats and good job, Do you really work out 5 times a day or is it 5 times a week? It really does make a difference, exercise! Continued good luck!

I am waiting to see the AFTER picture of you by your truck!

It was your avatar forever!

You've done great!  You look GREAT!  And I know your life has changed drastically in so many positive ways in the last 5 years!

It's been my pleasure watching you become half the man you were when I met you almost 5 years ago!

I checked out your profile and your BMI is listed in the 26 range, just a tad high.  It is normal to find it harder to lose as you approach your ideal weight.  I would go high protein, low carb and be religious about it for a couple of week**** the gym and stay away from the scale, for the time being.  You've done well, congratulations!
