Although this post wasn't listed as an only workout, it was simply something to incorporate to your overall workout regime. Just don't want it to be misinterpreted and decided to delete.

As a fitness professional that specializes in fat loss I would suggest avoiding this workout. Squats are a great exercise but should only be 1 part of an exercise program not an entire workout. You would be much better off with a bodyweight circuit of 10-15 repititions consisting of pushups or 1/2 pushups(never from knees), bodyweight squats, planks and inverted pullups. A squat only workout is actually dangerous.
