Sad when any race has deaths, seems to be more and more common as more and more people taking up running and racing

Very sad, indeed.  I ran a 5k in nice weather and someone died at the finish line.  It's really scary, and makes me really think about how I'm feeling when I'm pushing myself during a race (or even training).

Please, pay attention to your body when you run (not sure if that would even have helped those Philly folks, but it's good advice no matter what!).
