 Hello all..

I am almost 4 years post op. I lost 155lbs intiatiley. Then I got pregnant at 16 1/2 months post-op. had my son. I gained close to 70lbs while pregant. I was told to "pu****in". My son was very small in utero, so I ate and ate. Luckily he was 6 lbs 14 oz when born. He ia very healthy besides constipation issues. So back to me. I have Fibro, osteo-artiritus . I am in alot of pain. I breastfed for 9 motnhs and all I took was tlyenol for pain. When I stopped BFing I put on another 20lbs. So I back at 66lbs gained. I am severely tired after 5pm, for caring for my son. I have joined the gym again and feel blah constantly. I am having issues with swallowing food and I am having a upper GI this coming Wednesday. I also suffer from extreme constipation. Right now I have a Internal Hemoroid (sorry if TMI). I need to lose this weight. I am here looking for answers and friends.

Sunny

I'm a bandster so not alot of info on the RNY issues but does sound like maybe a stricture starting or who knows what else it's good that it's getting checked. It's great that you are back to the gym that has to help(eventually). The fibro often causes tiredness too and babies just don't care if you're tired huh? Does your fibro cause pain too that keeps you awake at night because sleep is really important. If sleep is an issue you might try an over the counter remedy like dyphenhydramine (Benedryl) I use it every night and sleep like a baby myself. If it is a matter of day to day pain you may need to see your doc for something like cymbalta or savella altho all that has helped me is a fentenyl patch. Anyway if the fibro itself is the problem do see your doc otherwise go back to weight loss basics: dense protein and low carb meals. It may take more work the second time around but I bet you can do it!

Hello Sunny!

we somewhat have the same issues!!!!!! I also have issues with weight gain, constipation, an inner hemorrhoid, and fibromyalgia. The constipation is IBS and women will develop constipation instead of diarrhea. The upper GI issue is a possible hiatal hernia and you may need a revision like I am getting in thear future. I am hear if you need support!!!!!

 Hi Takiisha,

Hi Sunny, I had gained 55 pounds with my 3 year old son. I had tried everything to get the weight off. I had yo yo the enitre time and i just eventually gave up. I received this free sample pack 6 months ago of a product that was launched of all natural ingrediants. I had tried and i defintly didn't think it was going to work. I got the three day sample pack and lost 2 pounds... It was amazing. Im on my 5th month and i have lost 40 pounds!!! This product shrinks the mid section so you do not feel hungry and feel full much faster. It was the first time that my mind and body were on the same page, therefore, it made my weight loss fast and successfull. This product was created by a Dr. designed it for people that could take it even if they are on meds and have health problems, its very safe. If you are interested, i have some free samples left, you will no right away if you are going to lose weight on it. If you are interested feel free to msg me back and i will see if i can mail one out to you. Any questions please ask! Best of luck hun!
