I'm an "Old Timer" looking for current cost for DS

Not for myself but for my daughter. I had my DS in Brazil 8/26/06 with Dr. Marchisini. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I have a daughter who is 5'1 and a tad over 300 lbs. We're wondering what the current costs are for the DS. US, Brazil, Mexico, Spain....for SELF PAY with no insurance.
