Skin removal/goal weight question

My surgeons goal for me is 150lbs, which is about 75 lbs away. I got to thinking this morning about how much my excess skin will weigh that I eventually have removed. When the surgeon says 150, does that mean 150 with the extra skin, or 150 after it's removed? Also, if I had a complete overhaul done (breasts, stomach, arms, thighs etc), about how much would all that weigh anyways?

I just had LBL done and 6 pounds were removed.  I've dropped about 14 pounds, total, since surgery (against my will).  I'm trying to gain at least 10 back now.

Good question!!!  My goal weight is 135 (starting weight 290) and I've been struggling with the last 10-15 pounds, as I have been stalled at 150 for a couple of months now.  I am not sure I can get to 135 without the skin removal surgeries, as I have a lot of loose skin in my mid-section!!!  I've been wondering whether I need to get to 135 first, or if I stay flat at 150 for a while to go ahead with the surgery and hope that it helps me get closer (not all the way) to 135.

So thankful for my DS! 1/20/2012 - SW 290/CW 155 - 1 year to lose, 1.5 years and counting maintaining!

Just guessing here but I think he meant before plastics, as most people do NOT get plastics done. And just so you know, I had lots of extra skin in my midsection and arms (see my profile for pix) and when all was said and done, the excess skin was only 5.5 pounds. It does not weigh as much as you think it does, so I say do not even count it in your totals.

And as far as dropping weight after plastics, my experience is that it usually comes back once you heal.
