No idea. Never bothered with that. Why don't you find someone who has one and ask them? I think different people make them.

What is a 100lb weight loss card and what is it supposed to do for you? Is there really such a thing or was that just meant to be funny? (Don't mean to sound dizzy) I mean don't get me wrong, I'm just 3 weeks out and when I get to the 100 lb mark I'll probably shout it from the roof tops, make a t-shirt, and hand out bumper stickers...but I didn't know I needed to be expecting a card. hee hee :o)
It's just a graphic that some people put in their signatures after they've lost 100 pounds. Most of them say "Century Club" on them. I really don't see them around here much....maybe because it's not as difficult to lose 100 pounds with the DS...
You might want to look around the other WLS boards to find one. Lap band would be a good guess. lol!
