I just met with my PCP since I started the six-month diet for this surgery. I lost a couple pounds over of the course of the month. I know it's not much, but it was a rough month, so I'll take it. It's motivational, IMO. I'm ready to incorporate more exercise and healthier eating. It's been three months since I started my journey; I only have four more months of this diet. I'm excited!

Keep up the good work! The longer you do it, the more it will become second nature. It's never easy, but it gets better!

Great start. Remember that once you have surgery, you will need to eat healthy for the rest of your life. You will always need to eat protein first then veg.

If you have questions feel free to ask.
