Welcome!

If you're not already, I recommend that you start tracking everything you put into your mouth, that will let you troubleshoot and figure out what in your diet you need to change.  From there, if you're not already, I recommend that you find a therapist to help you work through your depression and disgust.  As you know, those aren't healthy ways to feel and won't help you reach your goals!

And then, I'd work on getting back on track with your basics.  Here are my basics, yours might be slightly different.

1. Prioritize protein and water
2. Deprioritize carbs, especially the refined and processed ones
3. Make the most of healthy fats
4. Eat three meals a day with no snacks
5. Avoid liquid calories (breakfast protein shake is the exception)
6. Weigh portions, log everything consumed
7. Eat mindfully and with no distractions aside from real live people
8. Move as much as possible
9. Weigh myself daily
10. Be kind to myself

You CAN do this.  :)

Hi

If you have not done so already post this on the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Forum (VSG) to reach out to those that had the same surgery as you.

Good Luck

I would get a GI exam & see if your sleeve stretch out. Sometimes doctors can be a bit conservative in making your pouch too so it could have been too large. Is it possible to get a revision? Do you still feel any restriction?
