Sure, you can continue to lose.  The tool is still there.

What, exactly, are you eating?  Weight loss is at least 80% diet, not exercise, so looking to your diet should be your first step.  The exercise is awesome for your health, but it won't do much for the weight loss.

I agree with GwenMo. What you eat is much more important than the exercise.

Are you tracking your food? Get out the measuring cups and food scale and track your food somewhere like myfitnesspal. I would track a normal day and then cut back 500 calories a day.

Not sure what the Ancient Greeks would suggest but, yes, it is always possible to lose more. As the others say, food is more important than exercise in moving the extra pounds so tracking to see exactly what you are eating is the first step.

i am 8 1/2 years post-band and have just lost a regained 28lbs. It can be done!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

You had a sleeve and you lost 8 pounds and then gained 22? I don't think your numbers add up.

You can always lose id you go back to basics and track every morsel that you are putting in your mouth. Protein first and stop the junk and processed foods.

I, too, am confused by your numbers.  You only lost 12 pounds with the sleeve in three years and now are up 10 pounds from your weight when you got the sleeve??  If those numbers are accurate, it sounds like you need to see a nutritionist to work on what you are eating.  That is probably a good idea even of there is a typo in the numbers you posted.  Your weight is far ore dependent on what you eat than how much you exercise.
