Acid reflux pre-op

I have done everything the bariatric center has asked of me and as quick as possible.  I have found out I have a low B1 and treated it with a B 50 complex.  I have   h.pylori .  Yesterday's Endoscopy didn't show any active ulcers or bacteria.   But the endoscopy did show I have acid reflux.  Never had a symptom!  I have to go on Prilosec twice a day for 1 month then repeat endoscopy.  Is this going to screw up everything?  I was trying to get this done this year before my insurance changes to an obamacare policy!

Congratulations on the beginning of your journey!  Give your surgeon's office a call and speak to someone so you won't worry.  Acid Reflux is one of the more common denominators for qualifying for WLS so it should not be  an issue but your surgeon is your best source for this question.
