I can't add my kettle bell work out to MFP because they don't list it.

Does anyone know of an equivalent?

You can go in and manually add it as a cardio workout. I put down 20 min at around 180-200 calories burned.

Kettle bells are great. There are lots of great workouts on YouTube and you can purchase the weights at Dicks sporting goods or Academy Sports. They are weights with handles that you use for toning and strength training.
