I enjoyed fat free homemade clam chowder .
toast one clove chopped fresh garli****il see-hrough or golden stage , add 2 cans minced clams ( or pint container fresh clams - even better! ) and clam juice and some organic chicken stock . Allow to boil . Microwave a potato w peel if U like for 9 minutes - allow to cool then food process . Add to stock . keep adding stock if boils down then take off stove , add fat free half n half , butter buds ( find in baking aisle .. they're natural buter solids without the fat and they give everything you cook a truly buttery and delicious taste ) and a bit of white pepper . Yum !
