Ugh. It is hot here and I just want to down a glass of ice water. What can I do for my thirst issues. I've tried sugar free popsicles, I've chips. I used to love drinking a ton if water.

Ummmm down a glass of ice water. Staying hydrated is extremely important especially newly out from surgery so water, ice tea, water with crystal lite or mio in it for flavor or ice cold protein drink. Anything without caffiene or too acidic should be fine. Good luck!

BLENDER? Add ice chips to water + a little crystals light or any other non-caloric something to give you a flavor you want to keep tasting. I use drops of lime in water with truvia or splenda, or agave or just the lime and just sip-sip-sip, and just keep adding ice cube and or crushed ice. Before you know it, you will have  most like reached you 64 oz per day. The lime is soothing to your new tummy insides too. This helped me so I pass it on to you. Hope it helps you too.
