BLENDER? Add ice chips to water + a little crystals light or any other non-caloric something to give you a flavor you want to keep tasting. I use drops of lime in water with truvia or splenda, or agave or just the lime and just sip-sip-sip, and just keep adding ice cube and or crushed ice. Before you know it, you will have most like reached you 64 oz per day. The lime is soothing to your new tummy insides too. This helped me so I pass it on to you. Hope it helps you too.
