whey/whey with predigested ?

I need help chossing the right protein for post op - I want the best absorption and nutrition what should I buy for post op ?

I think the predigested absorbs faster since it is partially broken down already by enzymes.  This may not be a good thing as you might need your protein shake to stay in your sleeve longer.

Whey isolate is 99% bioavailable anyway so predigesting it so it absorbs faster seems like a waste to me. Mostly of money,as the predigested ones are usually riding on this hype that they are better,so they charge more for them.
