HI ALL 7DAYS POST OP WENT TO POST OP VISIT AN DR PUT ME ON PUREE FOOD NOW AN SUGGESTIONS CAUSE THIS WILL B HARD I CAN'T DO PUREE MEATS AN SO IT WILL B HARD TO GET MY RIGHT AMOUNT OF PROTEIN.. HELP!!

Look up Poet_Kelly. She is vegetarian and I'm sure she can help you with some non-meat foods that can be puréed easily and are tastes. Also maybe look up on google "world according to egg face" and find her blog site. She has TONS of recipes and likely has purée recipes too. You can and have to do this. Poet Kelly is a gouge help on this site so look up her user profile and message her. She may post on here if she sees it.

Just drink what you cannot eat.  One of my favorite protein rich foods is ricotta cheese.  It has 28g in a cup.

Cottage cheese, refried beans, scrambled eggs. You can add unflavored protein powder to almost anything.
