How to get the weight off at 6 year post op

I have gain approx. 20 pounds that I need to get off. I am constantly hunger and stress from my job.  I take my lunch everyday but I eat things sometimes that I shouldn't.  I don't have time to exercise since my job keeps me on the feet and moving.  I come home exhausted.  Any suggestions?  I tried the HCG diet lost 20 pound a year ago. 

Please help!

First, you've been able to keep practicly all your weight off.  20 lbs is very doable. Remember what you did when you started on solid foods. That is:  get your vitamins, fluids, and protein in. Since you bring lunch, weigh and measure everything.  Journal what you eat.  Pack healthy snacks to bring with you like nuts, string cheese, small protein bars, yogurt, etc. You said that your job keeps you moving.  You don't realize that's a form of excercise.  Can you take the stairs more?  How about parking a little farther away?
