fell off the vitamin wagon and i need to get back on as i am starting to really fell the effects.
What vitamins do you take? what brands do you suggest?

I see here people talks a lot about vitalady.com they got package for rny ones I get my surgery I will go with her. Hope that help a little
I wonder how long you've not been taking your vitamins. Dangerous. You could be on your way to some serious nutritional deficiencies.
You may want to go to your Dr. and get some bloodwork taken to make sure you are fine.
