Crosspost - Ruggie's before & after pics (VSG)
Howdy folks -
Forgive my crosspointing, but I thought those of you who don't frequent the VSG forum might be interested in my before and after pics. I posted them because I got down to half my maximal body weight; the before pictures are at 310 pounds, and the after pics (one of them) are at my current weight of 155 pounds.
