I can finally have fruit in my protein shakes.  (as of now I have only drank ready to drink shakes, so sick of chocolate) So I have my bullet blender, so for one scoop of powder how much liquid and/or ice?  I figured I can guestimate on the fruit.  any suggestions would be awesome.

Hi Jenny! I always liked, 1 scoop of vanilla pwd, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of blueberries, enough water to blend and splenda to taste. Very delicious. I also used a bullet blender and used frozen blueberries.

I use many variations, but the basic is 8oz of soy milk.  Good luck.

Great I am pretty sure I have soy milk hidden in the fridge,  I will try that out.  Do you add ice ir just the milk?

Thanks Jenny

I always used frozen fruit instead of ice.

That is good to know, I have all my berries in the freezer.  I think I am going to start getting them from sams in big bags if this works out better for me than ready to drink shakes

If I can afford the carbs I use frozen fruit, if not I use ice.

However much you want.  I usually use about 8 ounces skim milk and a handful of ice.

I like using almond milk (Blue Diamond, vanilla, unsweetened) when fixing my shakes in the blender. It has 1 carb per 8 oz serving. Past that I add 1/4 cup or so of any frozen fruit (I try to stay with berries) and vanilla protein powder.
