Appeal Hearing on Tues

So my appeal hearing is scheduled for Tues, it will be over the phone.  If anyone has any tips they can share on preparing for this, I would really appreciate it.  I am very nervous as I feel my life is in the hands of stangers.  I pray it will go my way. Some more info would be helpful.....what type of surgery, why did they deny you, what insurance, etc? :)

Amy - all the tips you've gotten when you posted before were on target - relax - make sure you're prepared!
