Does anyone else have a computer as slow as mine?

I admit it. Patience is not  one of my virtues.  But i seems like I spend way too much time waiting for my computer to do something. 

For instance, when I try to read my messages or other items on this web site, I feel like I am watching the little hourglass or spinning circle for a long time.

Maybe it's the internet connection that is slow.

Maybe I need to take up meditation and use that waiting time to go to a special place?

It is that way for me. 
I think it is a lethal combination of 3 things:
an older computer,
a slow connection,
and most of all a type-A personality that makes me want to curse out the microwave for taking so long to boil water. 

 1. Clean out your browser cache
2.  Clean up your hard drive
3.  Defragment your hard drive

Oh yeah! I forgot about the microwave.. Sooooo slow!!!

    My computer is fairly new. I'm thrilled with the speed. EXCEPT when I'm on OH.com.  Things move much slower here and I get frustrated. It has also frozen on me a few times (only when OH.com.)
I'm not happy about but love this site and so put up with it.   Mag  

I have high speed, 2 desktops and 1 laptop, and when I come to OH it's SLOW....VERY SLOW here lol, so I tend to think its the site and not our computers.
