WETEOs - Whatcha' Eating Today Everyone

Had to go to accountant after work (yes, last minute tax filer) so I decided to walk in the parking lot with a friend at work during lunch time.  Food choices were good today and I experimented with a new recipe called "Parmesan Crusted Tilapia".  Tasted pretty good .... however, I should have drizzled a little more olive oil.

That tilapia sounds amazing...where did you get the recipe Nancy?  I had a good day today...ran errands this morning, soaked up the sun for awhile this afternoon.  Summer is right around the corner, yay! :)

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Shake (Chocolate) with 2T PB2, unsweetened almond milk

B:  1/2c Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Cereal (Maple Pecan flavor), 1/4c 1% milk, 1/2 of a small banana

S:  1oz Aged Reserve White Cheddar Cheese, 1T Peanut Butter (made with PB2)

L:  Caprese Salad (fresh basil, tomatoes, tons of mozarella balls, balsamic)

S:  10 BBQ Soy Crisps, 1T Hummus, 3 slices of cucumber

D:  2.5oz Grilled Lemon-Dill Salmon, 1/2c Mashed Cauliflower with sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese

Not sure about dessert...too full still to think about it so probably nothing.  Dancing with the Stars is on tonight...woot! :)

Hi Lisa -
Here is the recipie.  I try to experiment with one new recipe each week to try to get a little more variety.
I just got in my PB2 order and brought one of the jars to work.  Can't wait to try it out.

I know what you mean.  Some days I opt to go to bed earlier than usual so that I don't do any damage with binge type eating.

My pouch doesn't seem to be happy today when I start eating so I haven't pushed it too much.

Sorry that your pouch is a little grouchy today.  Wise move on your part to not pu**** too much.  One of the advantages of keeping a food journal is to see if our bodies just doesn't like certain foods and then we know which ones to avoid.  Hope you have no problems today.
