Eating on the Run
String cheese. Protein bar. Protein shake. I made a "burrito" with a low carb taco/burrito shell (I forgot what it was) whole wheat, scrambled egg and some cheese. I keep dry protein powder and bottled water in my car. That and protein bars are my saving grace right now when I'm running errands and don't want to go through a drive through. I keep tea bags and splenda in my car too - instead of driving through Starbucks :O
