What cha eating today, VSGers? - Monday

Good Morning, all,

I hope you had a lovely weekend.  I am so proud of myself.  I had two events which served food this weekend, and I was able to resist it all.  My weight is falling very slowly which is  frustrating, because my fitness pal says that eating the way I do with the exercise I get, I should be losing 2 to 3 pounds a week! I'm probably losing 1/2 pound per week.  Their estimates have always been high for me, but it bums me out that I can eat so little and just maintain my weight.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken and broccoli

Lunch2 - crack slaw

Dinner - pulled pork

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - walking

Hi,  I had a good weekend - found out why i was so flipping hungry last Thursday - PMS.  I seriously think once you are past child bearing years you should be able to switch that off.  My 2 cents of course.

l-chili

d-chicken cordon blue - 3 oz's of a piece with salad

s-cereal 

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

S - Chocolate Premier with 2 Shots of Espresso over ice

L - cottage cheese

D - ham and cheese roll ups

S - hb egg mashed with dill relish and 1 t mayo

This last weekend was my worst one yet, food wise.  I was teaching at a quilting retreat and all the "free food" was too damned tempting.  I ate at least 1,000 extra calories each of the 2 days, but I am now on track again.  I will do my best to have the best week ever after the worst one ever.

B: Premier Protein chocolate shake

L: lemon rosemary chicken with wonderful brussels sprouts, can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow

S: Light and Fit cherry chocolate yogurt

D: Chicken piccata with squash and small amount of sweet potatoes

S: parmesan cheese crackers

V: done for the day

W: 80+ so far

E: Hubby and I took a 5 mile hike in Laguna Beach today.  I have close to 20,000 steps so far.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
