What cha eating today, VSGers? - Friday

Hi All,

I can't believe it is Friday already, and another week has passed. 

I am still on plan, and hoping to see some lower numbers on the scale again. 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken and broccoli casserole

lunch2/snack- crack slaw

dinner - pulled pork and mixed veggies

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - I'll keep on walking...

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Great day today!! slept good, even went for an extra walk yesterday -

B-scrambled egg with veggies mixed in 

s-protein shake

L-3 turkey meatballs in sauce

s-carrots

d-leftover scrambled eggs from breakfast

Have a super weekend everyone..

Happy Friday everyone!

B- An egg with 2 pieces of turkey bacon

S- Premier Protein shake banana crème..yum!

L- Chicken salad with 2 crackers (About 1/2 cup worth)

S- Cottage cheese   low fat 1/2 cup

D- Thinking about grilled chicken strips flavored with some low sodium fajita seasoning and salsa.

V- DONE

W- Already got in 52oz. so far.

E- Taking a spinning class after work...YAY!

Happy Friday!  We are enjoying some good weather. We got a piano today that someone was giving away on Buy Nothing.  Definitely needs tuning, but otherwise looks good.  I haven't had one in a long time and looking forward to having my son take lessons.

B - Made Eggface's Ricotta Pancakes.  My son loved them and ate like 6 of them.  I took one bite and it just wasn't for me today.  I overcooked them a bit, I think.  I ate 3 Turkey Sausage with 1 T reduced sugar ketchup

L - ham and cheese roll-ups, and probably the little bit of leftover shrimp ****tail I have

S - Chocolate Premier

D - Tilapia, may venture into some canned green beans

S - May try a protein bar...if not probably cottage cheese.

V - on track

W - only 16 oz down so far, I need to catch up!

E - will plan on an hour walk after my husband gets home.  If my kid will cooperate, I will do a pilates video for 30 min.

Hey all!  Going camping this weekend so can be harder to stay on plan, but I have plenty of stuff packed that I can do.  But I will probably allow myself one treat today as well.  :)

B: Leftover pulled pork burrito bowl (from dinner the other night, i asked them to leave out the rice).  Yum!!

S: cheese stick

L: Skinny taste chicken cordon blue with couple bites of broccoli

S: Greek yogurt 

D: Unknown- maybe deli meat or a protein bar while setting up camp. 

water and vitamins are good.

No exercise today since im working
