Hi All,

Well, I'm sticking to plan again, and feeling good about myself.  I'm cooking more salmon,  Greek chicken with Kalamata olives,  Atkins Beef stroganoff and meatballs today.  I made crack slaw and chicken and broccoli au gratin yesterday.  I'm so happy when I can stick to my plan.  Its not always easy...

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken and broccoli au gratin

Snack - broccoli slaw

Dinner - crack slaw

vitamins - good

water - ok

exercise - I'm walking and keeping my fit bit steps over 5,000 every day.  Hopefully, that's enough to keep me healthy.

This is wonderful.  I'm sure you'll do a great job communicating the process, joys and challenges of WLS.  let us know how it goes!

Hello - Greek Chicken with olives sounds amazing.  Do you have a recipe to share?

B - 2 oz shrimp with 1/2 T ****tail sauce

L - McDonald's cheeseburger, no bun.

S - Premier Protein with double shot of espresso

S - Tuna packet with dill relish and a 1/2 T of Mayo

D - ham and cheese rollups

S - 3 oz cottage cheese

Vitamins - just bought mine today.  I almost passed out when I heard how expensive the bariatric advantage ones are!  I'm not complaining, was just surprised!  We are asked to do these for the first 6 months or year, I can't remember.  Took my midday one and my first calcium chew.  Wheee.

Water - okay

Exercise - about to head out for a nice walk before work!
