Hi All,

Its TGIF day!  I hope you are all planning a joyful weekend.   I'm off to a seminar tomorrow and having friends over for dinner on Sunday.

I'm trying out a new recipe for roasted chicken and veggies today.  If it turns out, I'll make it for my friends on sunday.

breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche - yum

dinner - chicken with Dijon and lime

snack/dinner2 - roasted chicken and veggies

vitamins - on track - like clockwork

water - good - also easy now

exercise - cooking and shopping, maybe some walking if I have the energy

How about you?  What cha eating today? What cha planning for the weekend?

blessings,

Carol

Happy Friday!  We participated in our community-wide garage sale today and I was happy to unload a couple of big items that we no longer need.  Last time I had a garage sale was 10 years ago and my girlfriends and I ate donuts and got day-drunk on mimosas all morning.  This was a bit different today! I am amazed at how many steps I got in today without going for a formal walk, just from moving around during the sale.

B - 2 oz plain Fage yogurt

L - 2 oz Ricotta bake

S - Chocolate Premier

D - We went to a Mexican Restaurant. I ordered something with picadillo on it thinking that would be soft enough to eat...didn't sit right, so ate a few bites of my refried beans with cheese and guacamole.  I didn't even eat 1/8th of my plate. Amazing.

S - Will probably have some tuna with dill relish tonight.  I'm really digging that right now.

Thank you Carol!  We had great weather this morning and I had my best time ever for a walking 5K.  When I first started walking I was doing about 22 minutes a mile.  This morning I clocked in at just over 17 minutes per mile, so I am very pleased.  Maybe someday I'll get it down to 15.
