So did I! I knew it was coming. I went home to New Orleans for the holidays and the French bread was calling my name, but I came home and purged the house of the holiday crap food and bought a bunch of yummy, healthy alternatives.

to get my snacking under control. Cup of tea or coffee will be my go to for night snacking cravings!
This month killed my momentum. I was averaging 8-10 pounds a month until Thanksgiving.
I feel like I'm getting my self back in game mode, I've NEVER met a weight goal in my life and 185 is calling my name!!
