I am 9m post op and the pregnancy has officially stalled out my weight loss, so for now my goal is to maintain as much of my loss as possible and limit the gain so it does not exceed where I was the day I got knocked up...247.

I lost 100, got pregnant (surprise - BC failure), lost 18 more, and now I think I have regained 2-4 depending on water retention and whatnot.  The baby itself is a pound now, plus the fluids, extra blood, and all that baby stuff - so I am pretty confident that I will be back on the road to healthy loss after delivery.  Even at my heaviest, I lost all the baby weight within 6 weeks - I am not stressing about my weight other than trying to make good food choices between now and forever!

Baby is doing wonderfully in there.  I make big babies (9 & 11 pounders so far) so I was pleased to see that this one is tracking slightly above average.  To be honest, I'd be worried if it fell below average - I'd feel like it was my nutritional deficiency causing it.

All my ultrasound and blood work info show a healthy baby.  I got prescription strength compression pantyhose for my varicose veins now too...they are a sight.  Will be looking into removal after pregnancy...apparently they are not just cosmetic anymore as they itch and cause leg fatigue.

We are waiting for the big surprise at the end, so for now, baby is still an "it" and if history repeats itself, I will give birth to a little linebacker in late April.

the WL clinic is pleased with my progress, despite the pregnancy, I am statistically doing well with the weight loss - I got to surgeon's goal while pregnant.  My personal goal is still about 50 away, but I am more than 2/3 the way there.
