Eggs VS Rice

I love asian food, especially Korean food and even though I am 6 months plus out I have discovered eggs make a pretty good substitute for rice. Extra protein without the carbs. Just thought I would share that little helpful hint. 

I have found cauliflower pulsated in a food processor to be a game changer for me.
