consult friday

Hello all! I have been to my seminar and have my consult friday i need a bmi of 39 with no co morbs to qualify automatically. Im at 38.2 what should i do to reach. That number i have a very painful tumor that would lessen with less weight and im limited to exceccise ive hit rock bottom pls advise!!!
