Day 5 of 6 straight days of workouts. It was a good workout 685 calories. We did a tag team format where you spend time in the weight room while your partner rows. My partner and I racked up 5797 meters on the rower crushing the previous record of 5100 meters. Then we got into a little race on the treadmill to see who could run at the highest incline the longest and finished it up with a 10mph into a 12mph sprint.

I worked out today! What did YOU do?

Let's Hear It!

Great job on your workout.

I am licking my wounds from last night's PT.  My new guy does not play around.  It hurt to lift my coffee cup this morning.

Today is a much needed rest day.   I have a fun 32 bike ride tomorrow and I am riding with the faster group.  :)

Good job exercising today everyone, I love to see what other people do for exercise.  It gives me ideas.   I did an hour Spin/Tabata class at 5:15 am, 500 calories burned. We have Relay for Life tonight so I'll get more walking in.  This weekend I'm going to play a lot so I won't get any formal exercise in, but I'll be back to boot camp Monday morning.

I did an hour of water aerobics. Fun, and quite the workout!

I did nothing!

(It's a tai chi, pilates, gym day for me, but my appointment with the surgeon and requisite drive to get there and back again conflicted with the exercise.)

I did a speedy 2 miles (17:14) and an hour of yoga.  I'm so dehydrated and jet lagged that exercise was tough today.  I have been pounding the liquids, so hopefully tomorrow is better.

Went for a nice long walk with the hubby speed walking and the last 1/2 mile I ran.... it was awesome... I'm so excited ... and Gwen post has been what motivated me to get it going... and wanting to run....... I know it's not that much but I haven't really ran in 20 something years ... so to me this is huge!!! And tomorrow I want to run just a bit further... till I can do a 5k and from there who knows.... sky's the limit!!! :-)

YES! day 4 of exercise this week aim for 6 days per week; treadmill time + wish house-cleaning aerobics was an actual thing because I do that every day now; I've turned into a bit of a house cleaning freak since I'm feeling so much better & there is always something to tackle.  I also vacuumed out my car today in near 100 degree weather & poured sweat so I'm counting that.  Also had NSV today as my Dad complimented me on losing 58 pounds so far & how fast I've gotten on their treadmill; that's where I go exercise & visit my folks.  Dad said "in the beginning you could barely go & now it's like you're running, I'm proud of you."  Nice to hear coming from my Dad.
