I did a 1 hour orange theory this morning - 630 calories burned. I am planning to do back and shoulders tonight and a small amount of cardio.

My plan was to do 65 minutes on the treadmill and incorporate my running segments like I have been doing, but my right leg started giving me major pain, so I stopped at 17 minutes.  Sad times.

Keith, what is orange theory?

I'm going to eat and then head out for either a walk or bike ride.  The weather here is awful so if worse comes to worse it's the treadmill for me.  Praying the rain holds off!

Orange Theory is a small instructor led class of 1 hour of mixed cardio/strength HIIT training. Every workout is different. Really good stuff. You can check it out here:

Sure will - cardio kickboxing tonight...and the owner is coaching!  We like to call is Waynesday.  Painday is more like it - lol!

Yup. My pilates class turned into a step aerobics class that kicked my butt this morning. Fun times!
