250 Pounds Lost so far and I've made it to "One-der-land"!

I'm 5 months out.  Stepped on the scale this morning and its official...I have entered "one-der-land" with a mighty step--197 lbs and that makes my total weight loss so far to be 250 pounds from my highest weight.

I'm glad I got up early to get ready for work today because I was an emotional mess when I saw the 197 on the scale and had to pull myself together. I haven't had a weight starting with a "one"  in over 30 years.

THAT IS BEYOND AMAZING!!!!!! Congratulations to you! Perhaps you could inspire some of the newbies we have here right now, and get them 'on board' with how well you've done. That is simply amazing!

I am currently 5 months post surgery (will celebrate my 6th month at the end of this month).  I have stuck to "the plan" 100% of the time both pre-surgery and post surgery.  I am truly thankful and feel blessed to have been given this opportunity.
