Today is the big day. Can't believe the day is here. I'm not nervous yet but excited. Maybe a little nervous. I have all the confidence in my surgeon. When I was in nursing school I actually got to see this surgeon at work in the OR. At that time he was performing them all open now he does them robotically.

Please say at a prayer for me at 11:30. That is when my surgery is. I will let you all know how it goes once I'm feeling up to it.

I know you probably won't get to see this until after your surgery, but I'm wishing you well today and hoping that the surgeon's skills are stellar and that you come through with flying colours.
