For those of you who may not know, "throwback thursday" or #tbt is when you post a picture of yourself and/or other people from the past. There's really no rhyme or reason for it but I find it fun. Here's one picture that I often look back on when I'm feeling discouraged or disappointed in myself. My therapist has been working with me to realize all the accomplishments I have made and how far I've come rather than thinking about what I haven't yet achieved. This is the pic I look to, to remind myself of everything I have achieved.

This was at a friend's bachlorette party (so please disregard the cartoon penises LOL) the month before surgery.
