Date!!!!!

Got my date yesterday. I'll get sleeved Feb 25th by Melissa Bagloo at NYP Columbia. 6 days before my 24th birthday. That birthday protien shake will be sweet!

Yay congrats! Mine is just 5 days before yours! So exciting! Do you have to do a pre op diet?

Yes! It's supposed to be for 2-3 weeks before but I'm actually starting today. Want to lose as much as possible pre surgery in addition to getting used to that eating style. 

That's a good idea, and I'm doing the same thing. I thought the transition to lower carbs and losing fat would be easier if I kick it off now.

Good for you! I haven't been told to go on a pre-op diet or anything but I'm trying to change my diet to get used to how I will be eating. Good luck!
