Hi all,

Happy Sunday morning.

  Its cold and cloudy here, but I'm in a sunny mood.

So what are you eating today, Peeps?

Breakfast - hamburger with Jack cheese and roasted zucchini

Lunch - pork chops in mushroom cream sauce and mashed cauliflower

Dinner - Don't know.  maybe Tuna and peas... or perhaps I'll make a ham and green bean casserole - yum

Vitamins - done

water - 2 of 6

Exercise -recumbent bike

D: scrambled egg, bacon, and cheese omelet

'Morning, Cappy!  Dreary day here, too.  Food?  I'dunno-  sometimes I just wish someone else would take responsibility in that area- a Mom, maybe.   Anybody want to be my MOM?  Sunday morning is coffee in the library with hubby before church- no time w/liquids for breakfast.  May have a shake on the way to church...

L.  Leftover roast W/zucchini and veggies

S. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese w/ a few pineapple 

S. Turkey soup (solid first w/ broth later)

Liquids- looking forward to lots of hot tea

Vits- will be good to go

Time to put up the peanut container- have found myself grazing some on those- not much, but not necessary.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

B:  coffee with half & half

S:  fried egg

L:  lentil soup

S:  jerky

D:  mixed greens, tomato, salsa, mixed sweet peppers and salmon

V:  never a problem

L:  behind, need to catch up

E:  too icy and cold outside

Not eating well today..wasn't gonna post but I thought I'd own it...

B: French toast and bacon at Perkins....ate 1/2 Of it..I know...I know still bad..but I couldn't eat another egg...

L: NO

S: NO

D: put up a pot of gravy  and meatballs ( excuse me Tomato SAUCE and meatballs for all non Italians LOL)

Tortellini  for the kiddos ...just meatballs for me :)

its SNOWING here..the boys are out playing in the snow..and I'm back in my comfy PJ's ...

football game on...perfect stay in day!
