Editing Profile

How do I remove the physican's name on my profile??? That was the dr. I was going to use but my insurance changed and sent me to someone else. I have looked everywhere on the editing section but cant figure it out. I have tried to "hide" it but I still see it.

They don't make it easy, do they?  Instead of going to your profile, try going to My OH (up at the top right side of your screen), then choosing Medical History.  you should see the surgery and surgeon you want to edit on the General tab.  At the right side of that screen, there should be a wrench icon to Edit the details.  Try that and see if it works for you!

Thank you for this reply. I was looking to add my surgeon and could not find how to. Now My surgery date and surgeons name is displayed. Thanks :)
